Ron Campbell

Ron Campbell is the founder of Financial Management Solutions. He proposed in 2008, during the worst financial crisis since 1929, that a consulting company be started, one that might offer financial management services to help businesses of all shapes and sizes overcome the tough economic times with resiliency. His timing couldn’t have been better.

As a results-oriented business consultant and performance-driven Texas native, Ron is highly experienced in developing and implementing strategic financial management plans. Ron has expertise in financial, operations and general management of companies experiencing rapid change in a variety of organizations with operating budgets from start-ups to $230M.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Ron spent 40 years in senior management positions across a wide range of private businesses and public organizations, serving as CEO, COO, RVP and President. Ron’s extensive experience includes managing: hospitals, nursing homes, home health care companies, clinics and physician group practices, medical foundations and fund raising, a statewide hospital association, construction and financing of new facilities and renovation projects, strategic marketing and business development, recruitment and executive search, and website development. These business situations have included start-ups, turnarounds, joint ventures, partnerships, acquisitions, mergers and chapter 11 restructuring.

Ron has an M.S.H.A. degree from Trinity University and a B.S. degree from Abilene Christian University. He is also Board Certified in Healthcare Management and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Brad Arnold, CPC, has 27 years of experience in management and leadership in key location and corporate environments. He has also served as a consultant to service industries in the areas of Human Resources, Employee and Organizational Development, Employee Retention, Performance Management, Employee Recruiting, and the design and implementation of effective interview and selection processes and supportive I/T systems.

Brad and his wife, Lynne, have two married daughters and live in Franklin, Tennessee.

Lisa brings a holistic approach to strategic planning, helping teams map out measurable business and communication goals, implement consumer research, and create strategies to acquire new customers, retain existing customers, and build loyalty over time. By performing strategic analyses and conducting competitive and market-best practices audits, her role also includes developing business cases for various purposes, including direct response advertising campaigns, branding programs and campaign options.

Additionally, she has worked in the corporate and academic higher education fields for approximately 15 years. She worked in management in the corporate industry. She served as professor and vice president in college and university environments. She worked in the public health and informatics for nearly 17 years. She has served as Director of Grants and Funded Projects for the Tennessee Department of Health for nine years. She has also published a book and a number of articles in professional journals.
